Furniture used in a commercial setting is not warranted unless it is specifically designated for commercial use as noted by a CQ (commercial quality) in our price index, in which case it is warranted from either one or five years from the date of purchase. Our powder-coated frames and replaceable straps and slings are often imitated, but with Telescopes high-quality craftsmanship and customer warranty, you wont find a better value. If allowed to freeze inside the furniture, water can damage the tubing. The Market umbrella frame is also available in ash wood. A variety of fabrics are available to coordinate umbrellas to seating arrangements. The wicker fiber featured in our Savona Wicker Collection is warranted by the fiber manufacturer for 3 years from the date of purchase. If this occurs, it must be touched up with an acrylic based paint.
Thier innovative Easy Lever-Lift Market umbrella locks into place automatically when the umbrella is opened. Not included in our "powder coat" warranty are table tops, umbrellas, terrace shells and market bases, wood furniture, cushions, slings and folding aluminum furniture. Our steel market bases, if not properly maintained, will rust if the finish is scratched through to the metal. The natural weathering of wood finishes, breakage of glass, fading, staining and mildewing of fabrics, slings and strapping or the compression of cushion fillings and the rusting of market bases are not covered under warranty. This warranty does not cover the failure of furniture that, in Telescope's opinion, was caused by acts of God, accident, neglect, improper shipping or handling or by unreasonable or abusive use, and is void if our care and maintenance instructions were not properly followed. Freestanding or as a table umbrella, theres a size and style just right for every customer.
(In the case of discontinued models or finishes, we will replace the item with the closest comparable current model. ) The finish is warranted against peeling, cracking or blistering for a period of 3 years from the date of purchase.
Such damage is not covered under our product warranty. These products are warranted for one year to be free of manufacturing defects. Telescope Casual Furniture Warranty If your Telescope powder coated frame fails structurally during normal usage within 15 years from the date of purchase, Telescope will repair, refinish or replace the frame without charge, parts and labor included.
Collections like Gardenella have been around for nearly 30 years, and Director Chairs are still very popular. For easy cleaning, all Telescope Market umbrella covers are easily removable using heavy duty brass snaps.
